Time4Cleaning has been operating across London since 2012. We’re not a platform or an app – we’re a cleaning company with a track record, run by the same two people who started it.
Every service we offer is carried out to a consistent standard, with professional equipment and non-toxic cleaning products. Whether you need a weekly home cleaner, a one-off deep clean, an end of tenancy service, or a fast Airbnb turnover – we handle it.
We’ve been cleaning London properties since 2012. Over that time we’ve built four services that cover most of what people actually need – each done properly, with the same team and the same standards.
From £199 for a studio flat
The property needs to pass inspection. That means cleaning to the standard your landlord and letting agent actually expect, not just what looks presentable. We clean to inventory standard, oven included, with a 48-hour free re-clean guarantee if the inspection flags anything related to our work.
From £23/hour – weekly, fortnightly or one-off
Regular home cleaning across London. Same cleaner where possible, no contracts, no deposit required. We bring all products and equipment. Available Monday to Saturday across all London areas.
Deep carpet cleaning available as an add-on.

When a regular clean isn’t enough. One-off deep cleaning covers every room, every surface, every appliance – including kitchen deep cleaning, bathroom descaling, and carpet cleaning. No contract, no repeat commitment.

Between-guest cleaning for Airbnb and short-let properties. We work to your check-in and check-out schedule, restock basics on request, and make sure the property is genuinely guest-ready — not just surface-level tidy.
Airbnb accommodation tidy & completely clean. You don’t have to worry anymore after check-out.
Every cleaning service we carry out includes deep carpet cleaning or hard floor treatment as part of the standard package. We don’t charge it separately.
Carpets hold dust, allergens and staining that regular vacuuming doesn’t reach. Our equipment goes deeper, and the results show – particularly in rental properties and homes with children or pets.
Every cleaning visit uses JANGRO professional-grade products. JANGRO is non-toxic, biodegradable, and safe for children, pets, and people with sensitivities.
We don’t use harsh chemicals. The products are effective because they’re professional-grade, not because they’re aggressive.

The reason we’re still running it ourselves – rather than scaling up and stepping back – is simple. Cleaning is a trust business. People let us into their homes, often when they’re not there. That’s not something you can manage properly from a distance.
We know what landlords flag at inspections. We know what letting agents expect. And we know that the difference between a satisfied client and a frustrated one is usually a handful of details that get missed when nobody’s paying attention.

It depends on the service and property size. Regular domestic cleaning starts at £23 per hour. One-off deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning start from £199 for a studio flat. All prices are fixed upfront – no hourly rates for fixed-price services, no hidden extras.
A standard clean covers all rooms – kitchen, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms. This includes surfaces, floors, skirting boards, switches, furniture and appliances. Deep carpet cleaning is included in every service. For a full room-by-room breakdown, see the individual service pages.
