There is no deposit needed in advance. Our policy dictates that we will receive payment after the professional One-off cleaning service is provided. We aim to make it as easier as possible for our clients. Trust goes both ways!
Defrosting of the refrigerator will be needed if you would like us to deep clean it. You will have to defrost it the night before the cleaning date in order for the ice to melt completely and make it possible for our team to clean it.
We will make it sparking clean again, removing the unpleasant odours and will turn it on for you (upon request).

Depends on the type and size of your accomodation. If your home has 3 bedrooms, we will need a team of 2-3 cleaners to provide the service. Also, if you have an upcoming deadline, the number of professioinal cleaners be based on that as well.
Many of our clients are not available to see in our cleaning team. This will not be a problem if you provide us with the keys to enter the housing. We will let ourselves in and clean all of the requested areas. Afterwards, we will give back the keys.
